The city of Derby, Connecticut, has updated its hours for City Hall, the Derby Public Library and the Senior Center due to the expected weather conditions. The Board of Apportionment and Taxation meeting scheduled for March 3 is also cancelled due to weather conditions, and a winter weather advisory has been extended across the state.
