Durham mom charged with killing son ruled unfit for trial

A judge has ruled Andrea Faust, a Durham mother, incapable of standing trial for the murder of her 3-year-old son and attempted suicide attempts. She was found hoarding Tylenol pills and has been ruled a danger to herself and ordered to undergo intensive psychiatric care. The attempted suicide resulted in multiple bone and spine fractures.
