Woman Killed, Suspect Arrested in East Side Indy Shooting

A person has been arrested for the fatal shooting of a woman on the near east side of Indianapolis. The incident occurred at around 11:48 p.m. The person of interest was detained at the scene and later arrested. The victim died shortly after arriving at a hospital.
