Three local businesses in Northeast Ohio are expanding their businesses by expanding their footprint, diversifying concepts and adding value to their unique offerings. Edwins Leadership & Restaurant Institute is expanding its culinary training and introducing an oyster bar concept in Cleveland Heights, taking over two properties and converting a former bakery into a classroom and teaching kitchen into a teaching kitchen. The expansion supports the institute's mission of training formerly incarcerated adults with strong job placement and low recidivism rates.
