There is a threat of severe storms across Southeast Michigan on Thursday afternoon, prompting a 4Warn Weather Alert. The primary window for strong storms begins at 7 p.m. and most of the storm is expected to be moved out of the area by 9pm or 10pm. A Level 1 (marginal) risk is in effect for severe weather north of I-696 and toward I-69, with a Level 2 (slight) risk from I-690 into Ohio. All threats are on the table, including large hail and tornadoes.
