Sources: Troy hiring NC State assistant Adam Howard as coach

Troy is finalising a deal to hire NC State assistant Adam Howard as its new head men's basketball coach. The move comes as Troy is coming off back-to-back NCAA tournament appearances. Howard has previously worked at Nebraska and as an assistant at South Alabama. He will replace coach Scott Cross, who was moved to Georgia Tech after Troy's successful season.
