Judge's homer was his MLB-leading 9th of the season. Rice has been identified as the Yankees' next star, contributing to their strong performance this season. Ryan Weathers also contributed to the win, throwing 7.1 innings and allowing five hits, one walk while striking out eight. Angel Chivilli finished the game with 1.2 innings. The victory leaves the Yankees tied for first place in the American League East and ahead of a three-game series against the Red Sox.
