Exeter Chiefs' director of rugby, Rob Baxter, has questioned the process behind the incident involving Immanuel Feyi-Waboso and Jacob Stockdale during a Challenge Cup semi-final match at Ulster. He said that after passing his head injury assessment, he was not allowed to return to the game.
