A report by the Department of Justice's Office of Legal Policy (DOP) reveals that the Biden administration used the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act ( FACE Act) to target, harass, and imprison pro-life Americans, while ignoring violence against churches and pregnancy centers. The report suggests that the FACE Act, which was passed in 1994, was used as a federal hunting license to punish political opponents with pro-lifers 97% of the time. Over the law's 30-year history, 25% of all FACE Act prosecutions were brought in just a two-year period under the Obama administration. The National Task Force on Violence Against Reproductive Health Care Providers (NAF), Planned Parenthood, and Feminist Majority Foundation were among the targets. The document also details disturbing conduct by prosecutors during prosecutions of pro-Life activists.
