Downtown Indy businesses thrive during Final Four

The Final Four ended on Monday, with many downtown Indianapolis businesses experiencing a significant increase in profits. The District Tap, director of operations at The Department of Operations, saw profits about 25% higher than expected, in the mid six-figures. The event was a major success for the business, with preparation leading to higher profits and preparation for the event. Despite the weather conditions, the weather may have contributed to the success of downtown businesses. The city is set to host the women's and men's tournaments in 2028 and 2029.
