The Allegheny County Health Department has issued a consumer alert for Adan Market 2, a grocery store in Allentown, for numerous health code violations. The store was also found covered in dust and a skeletonized mouse was found stuck to a glue board under the shelving. The alert allows for a temporary period of 10 days, which another inspection must take place before the end of the day.
