Nob Hill’s Daydream Rum Bar wins top North America design honor

Nob Hill's Daydream Rum Bar, a cocktail bar located in the basement of Little Bear Coffee in Albuquerque, has won the award for best bar design in North America. The bar's design was recognized by 50 Best, an international group that provides annual rankings of the world's best bars and restaurants. Daydream, which offers mainly rum-based cocktails, was inspired by Wes Anderson's stylized films. Owner Isaac Fox also led the design and construction via his firm Fox MFG. Since Daydream opened in 2025, the cocktail lounge has also been named a semifinalist for the James Beard Award for best new bar.
