A man and woman were killed and a second man injured in a shooting in the Frick neighborhood of East Oakland, California, according to police. The incident occurred before 8:15 p.m. on Saturday night. Both men were taken to a local hospital where one died and the second is in critical condition. The woman was found dead at the scene.
