The world's most famous street artist, Victor "Marka27" Quiñonez, has created a 20-foot tall art installation called "Elevar La Cultura" that combines contemporary materials and cultural textiles to create a sculptural form that bridges ancestral symbolism and present-day life. The installation is free and public. The work is intended to reflect Quijan's Neo-Indigenous approach, combining per-Columbian imagery, street art traditions, and community-based narratives.
