BYU guard Robert Wright III, one of the BYU basketball's Big 3, is reportedly planning to enter the NCAA transfer portal. The news was first reported by The Field of 68's Jeff Goodman. Wright joined the team from Baylor last summer as a transfer and was the team's second-highest scorer in the 2025-26 season, averaging 18.1 points per game and leading BYU in assists and rebounding. He also played a significant role in the team’s victory over Clemson in the Jimmy V Classic.
