Jenelle Evans' 16-year-old son, Jace, has been placed in a mental health facility after allegedly pulling a gun on his grandmother, Barbara, on Feb. 22. The incident occurred at Barbara's home in North Carolina and was reported as a "troubled teen disturbance". The family is currently seeking the best facility for Jace's needs.
