A high-speed Cadillac CTS hit two 18-wheelers in northeast Houston, causing significant damage to the vehicles. The driver of the vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash is under investigation by the Houston Police Department and is believed to have occurred at the same time as the previous incident.
