North Adams man convicted, sentenced for murdering his wife in 2022

Luis Rosado, a 53-year-old man from North Adams, has been convicted of first-degree murder for fatally stabbing his wife, Jillian Tatro, in 2022. Rosado was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. Tatro's son witnessed Rosado leaving the apartment that night, and both Rosado and Tatro both left the scene. The next day, Tatro’s son returned to find his mother's body in the apartment. The medical examination revealed that Tatro was stabbed 10 times, slashed 6 times, and had significant blunt trauma to her head.
