Prosecutors allege that Bubar exploited the victim's vulnerability under the guise of mentorship and guidance. Other students and staff expressed concerns about Bubar's relationship with the victim, but the school has yet to address the issue. The charges stem from a "sexual relationship" between the victim and Bubar.
