Chicago Motor Cars Gets Green Light From Woodridge Village Board

The Woodridge Village Board approved a special use permit for Chicago Motor Cars and established an economic incentive agreement allowing the dealership to receive a $1.5 million sales tax rebate to help fund remodeling of its building and site. The agreement requires 100 percent of the dealership's first $150,000 in sales tax revenue to be collected by the village within the next 10 years. The dealership also requires to meet several conditions including obtaining a certificate of occupancy and providing receipts for reimbursement.
