Father, daughter found shot dead in car; were going to Facebook Marketplace meetup

A father and daughter, 39-year-old Victor Gonzalez and 19-year old Serenity Gonzalez, were found shot to death on a gravel road in Panola County, Mississippi, on Sunday morning. The victims were reportedly en route to buy a PlayStation 5 they found on Facebook Marketplace. The Panola county Sheriff's Office confirmed that the double homicide could have occurred on Saturday or Sunday. Jessie Waterman, a relative of the victims, said Victor was his father, and Sennity was his sister. No motive has been released for the shooting, but authorities have not specified what led up to the deaths.
