Apple's next generation of iPhone screen is expected to be called the "Liquid Glass Display," with an all-glass design that bends light to minimize the bezel. This is not a traditional quad curved display, nor will be like the curved displays seen on Android devices. The leaker, Ice Universe, describes the display as having an "extremely subtle" curvature and uses optical refraction, light-guiding structures, and other glass-affecting methods to create an edge that remains "natural and disturbed". The release of the 20th-anniversary iPhone in 2027 is likely to be the biggest opportunity for Apple to use this concept.
