The Fresno State Bulldogs secured their spot in the 2026 Mountain West tournament after a comeback walk-off victory over San Diego State on Senior Day, 4-2. The Bulldogs clinched their spot after Colorado State lost to Grand Canyon earlier in the day. They would have triumphed in a 3-way tiebreaker with Boise State and Colorado State due to their better head-to-head record. Sophomore Rylee Bocchini hit her first career home run with a 2-run walk-offs. The team will next face No. 4 seed New Mexico in an elimination game on Wednesday.
