Nigio CEO Jensen Huang has stated that the next phase of AI will be software agents that can act on a user's behalf, rather than just answer basic questions. He also emphasized that AI will gradually become more efficient and focus on tasks. This shift comes with significant weight as Nvidia is releasing NemoClaw, a software stack for the OpenClaw platform that adds privacy and security features to make autonomous agents more reliable and easier to use. The company recently reported record Q4 revenue of $68.1 billion, including $62.3 billion from its data-center business, and expects about $78 billion in first-quarter fiscal 2027 revenue. Huang's comments suggest a shift from model training and inference to enterprise software, developer tools, and always-on services running across corporate systems. The move towards agentic AI is seen as a more ambitious pitch than chatbot boom, with Huang suggesting that users could create their own agent and perform tasks without constant help from people.
