Wichita Falls board tables funding request for tourist designation

The Wichita Falls 4B Sales Tax Corp. has declined a funding request from the Miniature Wonders nonprofit. The group is seeking to create an array of miniature structures in Kiwanis Park representing various locations across the world. The city has agreed to lease 15 acres of the park for $1 per year.
