Plane makes emergency landing on Washington highway

A small plane made an emergency landing on the side of Washington State Route 14, causing the closure of eastbound lanes. The pilot experienced engine problems shortly after takeoff and was forced to land on the ground. No one was injured. The plane did not impact any vehicles.
