A 39-year-old employee of the United States Postal Service has been arrested for allegedly intentionally shoving a 4-year old child to the ground. The incident occurred in the Vedecation section of the Town of Ramapel, New York. The man was charged with misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child and third-degree attempted assault.
