BXP has signed 230,000 square feet of new and expansion leases at 360 Park Ave. South, with the largest commitment being made to the building by tech-powered global market-maker Optiver. Other notable tenants include Marriott International for 23,000 sq.W. Additionally, Vercel for an additional 92,000sq.
