‘Bachelorette’ suitors could file ‘monstrous lawsuit’ over Taylor Frankie Paul cancelation

TMZ founder Harvey Levin and criminal defense attorney Mark Geragos have discussed the possibility of a lawsuit against ABC and Warner Bros. Discovery over the cancelation of the 22nd season of "Bachelorette" due to new domestic violence and child abuse allegations against Taylor Frankie Paul. The cancellation of the show was prompted by a new video showing Paul's domestic violence incident with ex-D Dakota Mortensen. The potential lawsuit could involve contestants claiming they lost due to ABC's negligence or reckless casting decisions. Geragos predicted that any prior knowledge ABC had about Paul's legal issues could lead to punitive damages.
