Driver struck pregnant woman, stabbed her husband after altercation, Oregon Coast officials say

A 25-year-old man is in custody for allegedly striking a pregnant woman and stabbing her husband during an altercation. The incident occurred at the Rockaway Beach Wayside in Oregon. The suspect was charged with first-degree assault, menacing, disorderly conduct and unlawful use of a weapon. The woman and her son were injured but are expected to be stable. The man was also hospitalized with a stab wound.
