The Austin Police are investigating a Sunday night homicide at 4700 Loyola Ln. The victim, identified as 47-year-old Nicholas Zarate, was found with a gunshot wound and later pronounced dead at the scene. The case is being investigated as Austin's 15th homicide of the year.
