North Carolina gov. urges caution as ‘unusually severe’ weather approaches

North Carolina Gov. Josh Stein has urged residents to be cautious due to "unusually severe weather" which is expected to move into the state. The National Weather Service has issued a Level 4 Moderate Risk for North Carolina on Monday, with primary threats include damaging wind gusts, large hail, and tornadoes. The governor has urged people to make sure they are prepared for the weather.
