Amazon has launched a drone delivery service in Darlington, County Durham, allowing packages weighing less than 5lb and containing everyday items to be delivered within a 7.5 mile radius of the company's fulfilment centre within two hours. The company plans to gradually expand the service as demand for ultra-fast deliveries increases. This is the only place outside the US where Amazon is doing such deliveries.
