Milwaukee police are searching for 20-year-old Josair Jackson, who was last seen near 36th Street and Concordia Avenue around 4:30 p.m. He is described as 6 feet, 1 inch tall, 200 pounds, dark complexion, a beard, and hair stylist. He was also last seen wearing a red, white and blue Tommy Hilfiger jacket, blue jeans, and white shoes.
