An 11-year-old boy is dead and seven others are injured following a police incident in Ogden, Utah. The driver of the stolen vehicle, identified as a teenager, fled when police tried to stop him and reportedly hit one of the police vehicles. The second vehicle was occupied by two adults and six children. The remaining seven are being treated for injuries ranging from critical to non-life-threatening. Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident and will file charges when the suspects are no longer in need of medical care.
