Police have arrested a 16-year-old boy in relation to a vandalism case involving the name of the Sandy Hook shooter, which was spray-painted on a campus fence at an elementary school in Bethesda, Maryland. The incident occurred days after an outdoor shed was set on fire, which is being investigated separately by the Montgomery County Fire Marshal's Office.
