A North Carolina teacher, 61-year-old Eddie McCollum, has been charged with first-degree murder for allegedly killing his wife, 58-year old Tammy McCollom, at their home in North Carolina. The shooting occurred around 2 a.m. on April 6 at a house on Cardington Court in north Charlotte. McCollam was arrested and suspended with pay.
