Netflix Plans Next Big Live Soccer Game Offering in Mexico

Netflix has signed a four-year deal with the Confederation of North, Central America and Caribbean Association Football (Concacaf) to stream in Mexico the Nations League finals and the Concacaf Gold Cup tournaments starting in 2027. This will make Netflix the exclusive home in the Latin American market for these games. The deal puts Netflix in competition with TelevisaUnivision and moves it beyond traditional sports programming. The fifth and 19th editions of these tournaments will be played at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, California.
