Serafina Restaurant Group has secured a lease for the entire 28,000 square-foot building at 800 Seventh Ave. The new eatery, likely named Brasserie American by Michael Lomonaco, will replace Irish stew at the former home of Rosie O'Grady’s. The landlord, SL Green, confirmed that Serafina will invest into upgrading the space, which has been dark for nearly three years. This is not the first time the company has done this deal with the Italian-born owners, Fabio Granato and Vittorio Assaf.
