Seattle police have arrested a 32-year-old man armed with a knife after a reported burglary in the Little Saigon neighborhood. The victim, a 37-year old woman, was found unharmed and uninjured at the scene. The suspect was located near 10th Avenue and South Jackson Street, where he was arrested and taken into custody for first-degree burglary.
