Oklahoma judge rules in favor of cannabis farm, lifts suspension

A judge has ruled in favor of Cedric Gardens, one of Oklahoma's largest outdoor cannabis farms, a licensed commercial grower. The Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA) had issued an emergency order alleging that 348 totes and bags containing 1,923 pounds of flower and 5,742 pounds of shake were "untagged" and "unreconcilable". The owner of the business argued that its practices complied with OMMA rules and did not pose a public safety risk.
