The Pentagon Chief Technology Officer, Emil Weiss, has ruled out renewed negotiations with Anthropic, citing a dispute over restrictions on how the U.S. military can use its technology. Weissman stated in an interview with CNBC that the company has proven its position through "bad faith" in its dealings with Weissman.
