Asus CEO says the MacBook Neo is pretty great

Apple's MacBook Neo, which starts at $600, has been praised by Asus CEO S.Y. Hsu as a threat to the industry due to its low-power iPhone processor and 8GB of RAM. However, Hsu argued that the laptop's limited performance makes it a "content consumption" device, more akin to a tablet than a conventional laptop. This comes as laptop prices are rising due to a shortage of memory. The MacBook Neo launches today and is reportedly a hit with reviews and pre-orders are already delayed.
