The Republic of Somaliland is urging for Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Mn. politician) to be extradited after Vice President JD Vance claimed in an interview that Omar committed immigration fraud. Vance also revealed that he has spoken with White House immigration advisor Stephen Miller about potentially taking legal action against Omar. Despite these accusations, Omar has consistently denied them. The partially recognized African state has called for the extradition of Omar.
