Storms, strong winds set to hit Northeast Ohio before temperatures plunge

The weather will clear late Saturday night, but temperatures will drop significantly. By Sunday, temperatures will be nearly 20 degrees below the current level of weather. The temperatures will also fall to the low 50s, creating potential for widespread frost.
