Room that once held art stolen in Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum heist being restored

The Dutch Room at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, which once housed many art pieces, is undergoing a massive restoration project following a 1990 heist. Thirteen paintings by masters including Rembrandt and Degas were stolen, some even removed from their frames. The museum has not yet recovered any of these pieces. The restoration is a major undertaking, with the 16th century painted ceiling also being cleaned and restored.
