Venture capital and hedge funds, including those from the UK, have launched a venture called Next Frontier to buy up land near large power sources and convert it into data centers. This move is part of a larger effort to generate more returns on AI. The venture has reportedly signed a joint venture with cloud infrastructure startup FluidStack.
