Apple's Safari browser's Distraction Control feature allows users to remove distracting sections from webpages. The feature works on login prompts, promotional pop-ups, sections of text, and even some ads. However, it is not permanent and will not bypass a paywall. To hide content on your iPhone or computer browser, tap the Page Menu icon and select Hide Distracting Content. As you move around the page on your computer, a border will appear around sections you can hide. If you want to unhide items, look for the eye icon near the Page menu. The steps for clearing cookies on your phone and Mac vary depending on which device you're using.
