Buffalo comptroller responds to proposed budget

Buffalo's comptroller, Barbara Miller-Williams, has responded to Mayor Sean Ryan's proposed $681 million budget for the next fiscal year, a 9.5% increase from the previous year. She stated that the budget appears balanced but further review is needed, particularly since there are some revenues the city relies on that are not guaranteed. The public will be informed about the budget at a public meeting on April 29.
