Federal judge dismisses charges against Charlotte man arrested by ICE - WCCB Charlotte

A federal judge has dismissed charges against 24-year-old Miguel Martinez, who was arrested during Operation. The Department of Energy (Phenomenomen) accused him of attempting to assault, resist or interfere with federal officers. The U.S. Attorney's Office stated it would not hesitate to dismiss the charges.
